Here’s How I Can Support You
Childbirth Education
Holistic doula led child birth education covering: birthing options, common interventions, common medical terminology, comfort measures, birth plan making, advocating in your birth space. Offered One on One or in a group setting
Postpartum Doula Service
Postpartum Doula visits, 2-3 hour visits booked in a variety of packages. Visits can include lactation support, new born care, perinatal mood disorder screenings, meal prepping, household cleaning.
