Here’s How I Can Support You
Birth Education and Postpartum Prep
Holistic doula led birth education covering: birthing options, common interventions, common medical terminology, comfort measures, birth plan making, advocating in your birth space. The last session will be focused on postpartum planning. Offered One on One or in a group setting.
Postpartum Doula Service
Postpartum Doula visits, 2-3 hour visits booked in a variety of packages. Visits can include lactation support, new born care, perinatal mood disorder screenings, meal prepping, household cleaning.
